Parenting Programs

Learn how to support your children, or children you care for, and build a secure relationship with them while overcoming alcohol and other drug dependence.

Parenting can be challenging, especially when navigating the impacts of alcohol and other drug dependence.

Our parenting programs provide a supportive space to build confidence, strengthen family connections, and develop practical strategies to create a safe and nurturing environment for your child.

With the right tools and guidance, you can support your family’s wellbeing on your recovery journey.

How we help

We provide free individual counselling and group support for parents, and other carers, with alcohol and other drug dependence.

Group support

Join a safe and non-judgmental space where you can connect with others going through similar experiences and gain advice on how to support your child/children whilst navigating your recovery journey.

We offer a range of groups focusing on different areas of parenting to suit your needs which you can see below.
