Individual Counselling

Free confidential counselling with an alcohol and other drug specialist – online, over the phone or in-person.

Talking one-on-one with a friendly professional in a comfortable space can help you understand and address your substance use. That’s why we provide free counselling with trauma-informed alcohol and other drug specialists at our community hubs in Redfern, Campbelltown, Liverpool, Blacktown, Hornsby, Penrith and Singleton.

How we help

After an initial conversation, you will be matched with a counsellor to support your journey. During your sessions, they will help you:

Set realistic short and long-term goals

Work through challenges in your everyday life such as relationships, work and other stressors that may be contributing to alcohol and/or drug use.

Learn practical strategies to prevent relapse

Manage triggers, urges and cravings

Who is it for?

Whether you’re curious about the impacts of substance use on your life, want to address your dependence or prevent relapse after completing residential or other treatment, chatting to a professional can help you navigate and sustain recovery.
