Family and Friends Support
Counselling and group sessions for family and friends to share their experiences, connect with others and learn ways to look after themselves while supporting someone.
Supporting a family member or friend with alcohol and other drug dependence is challenging. Having someone to talk to about your concerns, learning ways to navigate difficult behaviours and adopting self-care strategies can ensure both you and your loved one are supported during the recovery journey.
How we help
We provide free individual counselling and group support for family and friends impacted by alcohol and other drug dependence.
