Family and Friends Support

Counselling and group sessions for family and friends to share their experiences, connect with others and learn ways to look after themselves while supporting someone.

Supporting a family member or friend with alcohol and other drug dependence is challenging. Having someone to talk to about your concerns, learning ways to navigate difficult behaviours and adopting self-care strategies can ensure both you and your loved one are supported during the recovery journey.
