If you have a question about our treatment and support programs, want to make a referral or you’re not sure which program may be best for you, get in touch with our team.

We are available Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. Please note we are closed on public holidays. 

Christmas Opening Hours

Odyssey will still be providing treatment and support during the holiday period; however, our Referral Advice & Guidance Line will operate on reduced hours. The opening hours are:
  • Mon 22nd – Wed 24th Dec – 8am – 4pm
  • Thurs 25th – Mon 29th Dec Closed
  • Tues 30th – Wed 31st Dec – 8am – 4pm
  • Thurs 1st Jan – Closed
  • Fri 2nd Jan – 8am – 4pm

Residential Program

A safe and structured live-in environment providing tailored holistic treatment and support for long-term recovery.

Community Programs

Free community-based support including individual counselling, support groups, parenting programs and family/ friend support.

Multicultural Programs

Specialised support for culturally and linguistically diverse people.

Criminal Justice Program (MERIT)

Magistrates Early Referral Into Treatment (MERIT) program supporting people living with substance dependence who are eligible and suitable for release on bail.

  1. Download and fill out the referral form (clients must sign the referral form to give consent before it is sent to us).
